Blended Learning / Learn Service Engineering

Conceptional development and concrete realisation of innovative learning arrangements with consideration of didactic, economical and technical aspects, with a focus on the transfer of experience from the areas of software and service engineering (business informatics) and service marketing (marketing). Building on existing project experience and the established basic course types, design principles and distinct tools are to continuously advance the Blended Learning field. Theme specific challenges, such as future service offers of universities in the context of “Life-long Learning”, positioning in a changing education market, etc., are also considered.

Goal/Research question: Conceptional development, realisation and continuous improvement of so called hybrid learning arrangements in target-group specific settings, including necessary evaluation approaches.
