Vitae: Studies of Economics and Business at the University of Hohenheim and the Università degli Studi di Firenze from 1995 to 2000. From 2001 to 2005 Research Assistant at the Chair of Marketing at the University of Hohenheim; earned her doctorate in Economics from the University of Hohenheim with a thesis on “Management of expectations for innovative communication services”.
