
Christian Bizer speaks at the 20 years of World Wide Web celebration at CERN

The World Wide Web was invented 20 years ago at CERN by Tim Berners-Lee. The anniversary of this would-changing invention was celebrated on March 13 with an event at CERN consisting of a keynote speech by Tim Berners-Lee and a history of the Web as well as a future of the Web panel.
As part of the future of the Web panel, Christian Bizer talked about the Linking Open Data community effort and the potential impact of Linked Data technologies on the future development of the Web.
