Hendrik Wilhelm is Akademischer Rat (assistant professor) at the Seminar for Business Administration, Corporate Development and Organization at the University of Cologne. He was a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge (UK). In his dissertation, Hendrik Wilhelm studied antecedents, processes, and outcomes of change in organizational routines. In doing so, he conducted empirical research projects in strategic management and organizational behavior. His current work covers learning in ad-hoc teams and ambidexterity in organizations. He uses both qualitative and quantitative methods. Hendrik Wilhelm was a finalist of the Young Talent Award of the Verband der Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft e.V. (2015) and received the INGRoup Best Conference Paper Award (2013).
