When will the conference begin and when will it end?

Registration opens on Tuesday, June 12th, 2012, in the afternoon.

Conference opening is on Wednesday, June 13th, in the morning.

The conference closes on Saturday, June 16th, arround noon.
Where is the conference venue located and how can I get there? Where is the Marketing-Department?

The conference will take place at the Seminaris Campus Hotel. You can find the precise location of the venue here.

The Marketing-Department is located very closely to the venue. If you walk, it will take you about five minutes to get there. The precise location of the Marketing-Department can be found here.
How can I get to the venue from Berlin International Airtport or from Frankfurt International Airport? How much will it cost?

If you arrive at Berlin International Airport, you can either take a cab to the venue, which will take you about 30 to 40 minutes and cost arround € 35 to € 45.

You can also take public transportation. This will take you about 1 hour, depending on the departure schedule. You take the S-Bahn line S45 from Berlin International Airport to S Schöneberg. At S Schöneberg, you change to the S1 to S + U Rathaus Steglitz. From there it is easiest to take the bus line X83 to U Dahlem-Dorf. A pass for a single trip from the airport to the venue costs € 3,00. A day-pass for public transportation costs € 6,30 for adults and € 4,50 for children. If you arrive at Frankfurt International Airport, the easiest way to continue to Berlin is by express train. You can find detailed information about connecting trains and prices here.
What are the room rates and do they include taxes?

Room rates (including breakfast buffet) are € 79 for a single room and € 114 for a double room. Tax is already included in the room rates.

Which meals will be included in the conference?

The room rates for the Hotel include breakfast.

There will be lunch included on June 13th, 14th and 15th, as well as several coffee breaks.

We will host a barbecue on June 14th at the Marketing-Department.

The conference will close with the Gala Dinner on June 15th.
How will the submission process proceed?

Reviews for submitted papers will be completed until Feburary 29th.

Authors will be informed in mid-March.
