Managementtheorie

This class is developed for the foreign exchange students in the 3rd semester of the M&M programme and will be taught in English. The main aim of this course is to introduce and critically reflect on core management theories such as transaction cost theory, institutional theory or theories of competitive advantage in the context of different current issues such as network and alliance management, globalization, business ethics or the relationship between organizations and their natural environment.
