Guidelines for Writing the Bachelor’s Thesis
Writing Period
The writing period for the bachelor’s thesis at the Marketing Department begins for all students approximately 2-3 weeks after the application deadline. The duration of the writing period is, depending on the examination regulations, between 8 and 12 weeks.
Supervision
A bachelor’s thesis at the Marketing Department includes, in addition to individual supervision, participation in an introductory colloquium and an outline colloquium, where candidates present their outlines and research ideas.
For the successful completion of the bachelor’s thesis, participation in Finalistenschulung 1: Literaturrecherche (Finalist Training 1: Literature Research) as well as Finalistenschulung 2: Richtig zitieren (Finalist Training 2: Correct Citation) is also mandatory.
