Analysis of Digital Health Applications

Background
The increasing prevalence of digital health applications (DiGA) makes a systematic evaluation of their effectiveness and cost-effectiveness necessary. In addition to medical outcomes, economic effects are increasingly becoming a focus of healthcare provision and regulation. Against this background, the thesis may either compare DiGA with and without blended care approaches or compare DiGA with and without the use of artificial intelligence. The aim is to identify differences in healthcare outcomes and cost structures; a suitable dataset is generally available, but could be specifically expanded depending on the respective research question.
