On March 1^st, 2020 a new research project on the implementation of global framework agreements between multinational corporations (MNCs) and global union federations has been started. The research is funded by Hans-Boeckler-Foundation, Dusseldorf (research grant 2019-615-3).

In collaboration with the Institute of Work, Skills and Training at Duisburg Essen university, researchers from the area of HRM & labor politics of Freie Universität Berlin examine the management and negotiations processes around implementing these agreements effectively.
