Details

The quoted fees are valid for payment by the usual SEPA bank transfers in compliance with the terms of payment. In other cases (e.g. credit card or PayPal), there is an additional payment fee of 3% (to cover the transaction costs that are incurred by a third party payment process). The lack of the payment of the applicable fee after the payment period that is stated in the invoice authorizes the conference organizer to cancel registrations. As of September 1 only on-site payment for all items is possible, cash-only in Euro. No refunds in case of cancelations.

Categories 1-3 include: admittance to all sessions and the exhibition; conference material; coffee, tea and lunches throughout the conference; tickets for the get-together event (Sep 05) and the welcome reception (Sep 06, limited); wireless internet access at the conference; Springer proceedings online volume.

Category 4 as above, but excludes the Springer proceedings online volume.

Category 5 includes only the tickets for the get-together event (Sep 05) and the welcome reception (Sep 06, limited), and the lunches.

^c You must also be a member of GOR to profit by the reduced fee. Please bring your PhD/students ID card or an appropriate confirmation from your supervisor to the conference, which must be shown upon conference check in. Otherwise the difference must be paid on site. The GOR-membership will be checked after registration.
