Workshops

Idea Scouting Workshop – 2 May 2023
An online Idea Scouting Workshop was organised to develop ideas for products or services based on research outputs of the food4future project. The project teams worked with tools which encourage creative and ‘responsible’ thinking at the same time as well as with tools for assessing the generated ideas. Each team selected a product or service idea which will be developed further in the Responsible Business Model Workshop.

Responsible Business Model Workshop – 11 May 202
The aim of the Responsible Business Model Workshop was to develop ideas for business models, which could be adopted to bring the research outputs of the food4future project into commercial use. The researchers worked with the Responsible Business Model Canvas developed by our team. The intensive group work during the workshop was supported by experts from the food2innovation forum and Profund Innovation.
