The Elsa-Neumann-Scholarship of the State of Berlin offers full-time, part-time, and final-year scholarships for doctoral researchers from Freie Universität Berlin. Scholarships are awarded for doctoral researchers as well as for the completion of dissertations (in the final stages) that are being written at one of the universities in Berlin.
