Co-publisher of the series “Business-to-Business Marketing”, “Fokus Dienstleistungsmarketing” and “Wirtschaftsinformatik”. Also member of the editorial board of “Marketing – Zeitschrift für Forschung und Praxis” and publisher of the online-service “technischervertrieb.de” and “Berliner Reihe” – working papers on business-to-business marketing.
Research interests: Customer Integration, Business-to-Business Marketing.
