Professor of International Management at the Faculty of Economics, European University Viadrina Frankfurt/Oder; since October 2002 also Head of the International Business Administration Program

Vitae: Studies of Business Administration from 1984 to 1988 at the Free University Berlin and doctorate in 1992. Promoted to Associate Professor at the Humboldt University Berlin in 1999. Afterwards, lecturer on International Management at the Otto-von-Guericke-Universitaet, Magdeburg, and Marketing at the Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus, Denmark. In 2000, called to a chair of Marketing at the Aarhus School of Business and a chair of Business at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-Universität Muenster, acceptance of the latter.

Member of the editorial advisory board of the Gabler Edition Wissenschaft “Business-to-Business-Marketing” and the editorial review board of “Advances in Business Marketing and Purchasing”. Also member of the “Verein fuer Sozialpolitik” and the International Society for New Institutional Economics.

Professor Soellner maintains close contacts with entrepreneurial practice through consulting and training activities in enterprises.

Research interests: New Institutional Economics, Inter-organizational Co-operation, Institutional and Organizational Change, Global Division of Labor.
