The Hans-Boeckler-Foundation has granted the project "Algorithms and Agency in Hospitals" (308,000 EUR). Together with Prof. Dr. Martin Gersch from FUB as well as Prof. Dr. Felix Balzer and Prof. Dr. Marc Dewey fom Charité University Hospital, Prof. Meske will investigate how the implementation of algorithms, incl. artificial intelligence, influences the physicians' and nurses' agency in their everyday work routines.

With that project, Prof. Meske offers a PhD-position:
- Temporary contract until March 31st, 2023
- Full time (100%, TVL 13)
- Qualitative research focus (case study research, interviews, observations, etc.)
- Application deadline: March 8th
