Qualification objectives:
Students are familiar with current theories and research questions in the fields of strategy and cooperation as well as organization and human resources, and know how these are applied and examined empirically. They are able to make responsible decisions in teams of experts and lead groups responsibly based on the content they have learned. They can evaluate complex subject-related problems and solutions, defend them with arguments, and develop them further with experts.
Contents:
Students are familiarized with the most important fundamentals of scientific work, receive an overview of essential theories, and apply these to examples. The focus is on the following contents, among others: fundamental theories in the field of management; planning a research project, quantitative and qualitative research methods, connection between theory and empiricism.
