You support the innovative project "Digital Platforms: Mechanisms of establishment and scaling". You are concerned with data-driven analyses of the development and growth of digital platforms and ecosystems. You use existing data sources and open up new ones, you interview experts from retailing, finance and/or health care, develop models (e.g. network models) based on domain knowledge, analyze and interpret them. In addition to the research project, you will also support applications for third-party funding, teaching and other tasks of the professorship. 

Within the scope of the research project, you will be given the opportunity to obtain a doctorate.
