The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has appointed Stefan Razinskas as visiting scholar from March through July, 2024. Thanks to invitation from Corinne Bendersky (Professor of Management), he joins the Management and Organizations Area that she is chairing at UCLA Anderson School of Management. During his research stay at UCLA Anderson, Stefan Razinskas will study the role of status change and contagion in highly competitive team settings. This research aims at illuminating how team members not only actively achieve but also passively acquire status gains, thereby also stimulating well-needed research on disparity-based faultlines in teams.

Stefan Razinskas will not offer any courses or thesis supervision in the upcoming Summer Term 2024 due to his research leave granted by FU Berlin. All students interested in writing their theses with the Junior Professorship of Management are asked to apply for thesis supervision by October 15th, 2024.
