We are happy to welcome Tugba Zeydanli, PhD, Senior Data Scientist at Zalando SE, who will share insights into career pathways and the work of a data scientist at a leading online retailer.

With a background in economics and academic experience, Tugba brings a unique perspective on how (empirical) economic expertise translates into industry practice, particularly in the area of causal analysis. Her talk will provide valuable insights into how economic training can be applied in the digital economy and offer students a glimpse into diverse career opportunities beyond academia.
