Qualification goals:
Students are familiar with current theories and research questions from the areas of strategy and cooperation as well as organization and personnel and know how these are empirically applied and investigated. With regard to the content they have learned, they are able to make responsible decisions in expert teams and lead groups responsibly. They are able to evaluate complex subject-related problems and solutions, argue for them and develop them further with experts.

Contents:
Students are familiarized with the most important basics of scientific work, are given an overview of key theories and apply these to examples. The focus is on the following contents, among others: Basic theories in the field of management; planning a research project, quantitative tive and qualitative research methods, link between theory and empiricism.
