Together with Laura Röllmann and Hannes Zacher from Leipzig University, Mona Weiss has a new paper forthcoming in the British Journal of Management.
The paper shows how voice as a proactive, improvement-oriented yet challenging behavior can affect employee well-being under high and low job insecurity.
